10, 1826 Paris, Henry County, Tennessee John married Nancy Charlotte Jackson

December 12, 1807 in Warren County, Kentucky. Nancy was the daughter of William

Jackson and Charlotte Nelms. Nancy was born January 10, 1791 in Georgia and died

December 12, 1877 in Farmington, Kentucky

1801 Dec 21st Warren County, Kentucky, Court Order Book B, Page 196, "On the motion

of John Hudspeth he is Entitled To Four Hundred acres of Land according to the

Following Entry to wit, John Hudspeth Locates Four Hundred acres of Land in Warren

County on the Waters of Drakes Creek. In the fork Beginning at John Dunhams South

East Corner & Running Westwardly thence as the Law Directs for quantity to include

His improvement. December 21 1801."

1806 Nov 24 Tax Records of Warren County, Kentucky: 1806, Box 372, Reported by

Olema Hudspeth John Hudspeth does not show on a tax list in Warren County until

1806 and he owns no land, owns 3 horses. He was a white male of 21 years of age

and the tax books closed Nov. 24, 1806."

John Hudspeth be constable of this County he having entered into bond with Wm R
