1865 Nov 3rd A settlement with Lueco Haily guardian for William D Hedge, L W or [ S W ] Hedge, Mary Hedge and John Hedge Children of James Hedge & minor heirs of Isaac Hedge deceased. The guardian

had not made his guardian report but admits that there was is in

his hands as Admr. of the estate of Isaac Hedge decd. the sum of

$94.60 which belonged to said minors due 3 March 1862. also from

the commsr. appointed to sell the lands and in pleadings mentioned

in the case of Lueco Haily & others VS the heirs if Isaac Hedge decd., petition to sell the land, the sum of $39.91 3 Nov 1865 there was a balance of $155.97 (Humphreys County TN Guardian Settlements Vol. G

a settlement as guardian of for W D, S W, Mary and John Hedge children of James Hedge minor Heirs of Isaac Hedge decd. Also a report as guardian for Matilda F, James A, and Mansfield L Hedge children of Isaac Hedge and Minor Heirs of Isaac Hedge decd. 3 Nov 1866 (Pg 330)

I  W. W. Hobbs, Clerk of the said County Court of said County have this day proceeded to make a settlement with Luico Hailey as Guardian of W. L. S.W. Mary and John Hedge. (Mary is now Dead) Children of James Hedge and minor heirs of Isaac Hedge deceased. [The last settlement left a balance of $170.20. After this settlement there is a balance of $160.20 divided by three will give each, to Wit- W. D. S.
